Easy Salsa
This easy Salsa is a flavor explosion and so customizable. On a chip as dip or as an ingredient in a dish you can’t go wrong with this recipe!

This restaurant style salsa is so delicious and easy!!
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- jalapeno peppers to taste, chopped
- 1 T cumin or to taste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- Chopped cilantro to taste
- 2 T vegetable oil of choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except oil into the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend but do not puree, leave a little chunky.
- Place in a sauce pan, stirring continuously, heat to boiling.
- Remove from heat and allow to cook.
- Stir in oil.
- Store in refrigerator. Serve with corn chips.
