Homemade Velveeta Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 (8 0z) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz) mild Cheddar cheese, or Cheddar cheese of your choice.
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan or an empty Velveeta box with parchment paper before making the cheese.
- MICROWAVE: Add both ingredients to a microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 30 seconds and stir. Continue this process until both cheeses have melted completely and mixture is smooth.
- STOVE TOP: Add both cheeses to a heavy bottom sauce pan and put over low heat. Stir constantly until cheeses have melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into your prepared pan or box. Let cool completely before wrapping and storing in the refrigerator.
- Can be stored, chilled, for up to 2 weeks.
