Pork Tenderloin with an Orange Sauce

Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 - 2 small pork tenderloins
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T butter
Orange Sauce
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T coconut aminos
  • 1½ c orange marmalade
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 T gf cornstarch

Instructions

Pork Tenderloin
  1. In a heavy bottomed, oven proof skillet, brown pork tenderloin in olive oil and butter until brown on all sides.
Orange Sauce
  1. Mix orange juice, marmalade, Worcestershire sauce, coconut aminos, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour over browned meat.
  3. Bake in covered pan at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes or until it has an internal temperature of 165°F (73.8°C).
  4. Juices can be thickened with gluten free cornstarch.
  5. Serve sauce over sliced tenderloin.
