Ranch Potatoes

This crowd pleasing and versatile dish will be the hit of the party!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 T Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 - 3 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite size pieces
  • Optional - sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese and crumbled bacon before serving

Instructions

  1. Add seasonings to the melted butter and stir to combine. Set aside. Place sliced potatoes into a oven proof dish or iron skillet. Pour butter mixture over the top and stir to combine. Place into a 350°F (176C) preheated oven, grill or smoker. Bake until fork tender. Mine took 50 minutes. The time will vary depending on which way you bake them. It can also be cooked over medium high heat on the stove top stirring often.
