Sausage Balls

Picture it! Circa 1976, my mother made over 300 sausage balls for a New Years Eve party at our farm shop. The welding table had never looked better, holding a wash tub of hot little bites of goodness! I’m not sure if any of the other teenagers fell in love with sausage balls or not that night (they seemed to be occupied!) but they have been my favorite small bite ever since.
