Dried Beef Dip

Dried Beef Dip
If you are looking for a warm and cozy dip, look no further! This has been a favorite of ours for at least 30 years!
Ingredients
Assemble dip
- 2 jars dried beef, chopped
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks, softened
- 4 T milk
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1/2 c chopped green pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 2 T butter
- Sauté pecans in melted butter.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (176C)
- Add all of the dip ingredients (except milk, butter and pecans) to a large mixing bowl.
- Add milk to desired consistency.
- Spoon into a prepared oven safe baking dish.
- Top with sauted pecans.
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edge
- Serve with the cracker or chip of your choice
