Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Dip
This will quickly become your favorite appetizer as it has ours. And why not! It comes together so quickly and can be made the day before to let the flavors get well acquainted!!
Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly Dip
This may be the quickest appetizer you will ever make. Make the day ahead and be ahead of the game!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
- 2 T Ranch seasoning
- Pepper Jelly
- 1 green onion or chives, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add to the mixing bowl Ranch seasoning and shredded cheeses. Mix until completely combined.
- In your serving dish spread mixture into a flat layer.
- Top with Pepper Jelly and garnish with green onions or chives.
- Cover and chill overnight. Bring up to room temperature to serve.
- Serve with chips or crackers of choice.
