Honey Roasted Carrots

Bugs Bunny was correct when he said carrots are good anytime of the year. The flavor of these roasted carrots are out of this world!

Ingredients

Honey Roasted Carrots

• 1 lb carrots
• 1/3 c honey
• 4 T butter, melted
• Herbs of choice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Wash, scrape and cut carrots into bite size pieces. Coat carrots with honey, herbs, salt and pepper. Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Roast in a 375°F oven until tender. Mine took about 45 minutes.
