Easy No Crust Apple Crisp
This simple and easy, no crust, apple crisp is the best of both worlds...easy dessert and delicious fruit pie!
Ingredients
Apple Crisp
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 4 -6 slices bread
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Put apple pie filling into a pie plate (no pie crust) and sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
- Cut bread into small cubes (do not remove crust). Place the bread cubes evenly over the pie filling.
- Mix 1 cup sugar, melted butter, beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour over bread cubes, making sure every piece is saturated.
- Let stand for 5 or 10 minutes, then bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- This is so good and you can use any pie filling.
