Hello Dolly's

These Hello Dolly's go by several names but the best one is DELICIOUS! These are gluten free but yours don't have to be.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c gluten free Graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/4 c chocolate chips of your choice, divided
  • 1 1/4 c coconut, divided
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans, divided
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (176C)
  2. Combine butter and Graham cracker crumbs in a 9 x 9, greased, baking dish.
  3. Evenly spread 1 cup of chocolate chips, 1 cup coconut and 1/4 cup of pecans into the pan.
  4. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top.
  5. Top with the rest of the coconut, chocolate chips and pecans. Press down layers.
  6. Bake at 350°F (176°C),uncovered, for 20-30 minutes until center is set. Cool before serving.
