Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs
Because it’s too cold to fire up the backyard grill doesn’t mean we have to go without a plate of delicious baby back ribs! This is my go to method when I think we need a rib fix in the winter.
Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs
When it's too cold to fire up the outdoor grill these Baby Back Ribs will hold you over until Spring!!
Ingredients
BBQ Rub
- 2/3 c chili powder
- 2 T sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 T Worcestershire powder *optional
- 1/4 c onion powder
- 1/4 c garlic powder
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
Ribs
- Preheat oven to 275°F (°C). Remove membrane from underside of ribs. Apply mustard or Worcestershire sauce (my favorite) to the ribs as a binder. Liberally apply your favorite BBQ dry rub. Wrap ribs in heavy duty tin foil and place into preheated oven. Bake for 2 hours. Remove from oven, unwrap and place ribs on a wire rack over a cookie sheet covered with tin foil. Baste ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce, if desired. Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
