Smoky Oven Baked Ribs
You know the feeling, you’re craving ribs but it’s in the dead of winter and freezing outside. So what do you do? You make this mouth watering ribs in the oven. Baking low and slow plus using a smoky BBQ sauce will scratch that itch!!

Smokey Oven Baked Ribs
These ribs are so very good and my favorite way to fix them in the winter
Ingredients
- Baby Back Ribs or ribs of your choice
- BBQ dry rub
- Yellow mustard or Worcestershire Sauce
- Smokey BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove membrane from underside of ribs.
- Apply mustard or Worcestershire sauce (my favorite) to the ribs as a binder.
- Liberally apply your favorite BBQ dry rub.
- Wrap ribs in heavy duty tin foil and place into preheated oven.
- Bake for 2 hours. Remove from oven, unwrap and place ribs on a wire rack over a cookie sheet covered with tin foil.
- Baste ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce, if desired.
- Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
